Traxial Attends HARMONY Project EU Consortium Meeting in Spain

Traxial, MAGNAX’s e-mobility subsidiary, recently attended the HARMONY Project EU consortium meeting in San Sebastian Spain, hosted by Ceit Research Center.

The meeting brought together 20+ European partners working to strengthen Europe’s rare earth magnet supply chain through innovative recycling technologies.

HARMONY’s main objective is to improve the recyclability of rare earth elements (REEs) from permanent magnets across all waste streams, including end-of-life wind turbines, electric motors, and other Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).

We’re achieving this through the development of a complete recycling process that covers the entire NdFeB magnets value chain.

❇️ HARMONY’s process stream includes working with:

• Pforzheim University – transforming end-of-life magnets into powder
• Magneti Ljubljana, d.d. – converting brand-new sintered magnets from the aforementioned recycled powder
• Ghent University – optimizing magnet geometry for maximum motor performance
